The Process:
The process was very demanding, involving an initial interview, a writing assessment, a technical assessment, and a second interview with an Operations Manager. I invested a significant amount of time and effort into these stages.
The Communication Breakdown:
The interview with the OM, on August 11th, was very positive. I was given specific, encouraging feedback and was told my assessment was a good fit. I was also informed that I would receive an update on the client's decision "within a week."
After a full week passed with no communication, I had to send a follow-up email on August 19th to inquire about the status of my application. Only after my follow-up did I receive a rejection email.

very fast interview, takes an hour or so to be completed, there are 3 interviews but it was very easy. interviewers were very kind and accomodating. wish me luck on training and on production
