The interview process was long winded for no reason. After the final stage, i was told by the recruiter that i would sound anxious on the phone when no trial was ever done to assess my capability. They say they are character based experience firm but they are extremely contradictory, also according to them most recruiters are 'anxious'. I also got told by the recruiter that my personality was perfect. I would not recommend going to an interview here, as it was a waste of time. Furthermore, some questions were inappropriate as they asked about my personal life, making me feel uncomfortable. Low salary. Contradictory. Any reason to not hire a brown girl with a unique name.
