The application and interview process is fast. They responded in an email and through phone within the week of applying. I was emailed a script to practice and read over on the phone on a voicemail. Must be okay reading and talking over the phone, light typing skills and, and super basic computer skills. I lived too far away from an office, so I needed to notarize a paper of employment. No drug test. Easy to apply for and hardly an interview on the phone, only answered questions through email about my computer. It requires a USB headset, well working computer plugged in through an Ethernet cable. Before starting the online training class, I was given a folder of software to use for taking calls. Since the day I applied, it took maybe 2 weeks until the next training class started.

Process was extremely organized, friendly and professional. Every step of the process was clearly defined and explained, and the follow up from the HR team was quick and responsive. Basic but relative assessments were conducted. It left me with a great first impression of the company.
