Resume got picked up from one of the job seeker website.
The process involved below mentioned steps:
1. Aptitude test over skype for 30 mins:
An easy test with basic math/LR/verbal question.
2. The second was a telephonic interview mostly about the expectations of the profile, work I have been doing and resume walk through.
3. F2F round with the head: Was asked questions regarding the various cycles of implementations in my projects. The interviewer further asked some questions about specific process in SCM.
Overall the questions were with average difficulty. The people i interacted were fine. They were polite, but less of an organization oriented attitude and zeal.
