Got a call for a phone interview about 5 weeks after I submitted my resumes. Then I was asked to meet two Lead Consultants and an Operation Manager for an online interview.

Consisted first of a phone screen and review of my resume and interest in the job, after an in-person interview with consultant managers and HR--all behavioral type questions. They are very concerned with your education background (rank of school) more than anything else.

Entrevista
Four rounds. First round Skype chat with education consultant head. Second round Skype chat with education consultant head and another education consultant. Third round chat with country manager. Fourth round chat with center manager.
