The company reached out to me very quickly and scheduled an interview, which went fairly well. They then decided to take the extremely disrespectful route that companies have started to take of not having the decency to give me any type of decision.

Fast response. Positive and engaging interview. Got emailed back within a few days after applying for the position. The interview was in person. They responded within the week on whether I got the position or not.
