Entrevista
For interview was with the hiring manager for the position. I was asked questions on how you would describe a database in comparison to a book. You need to know how and what a database is. You should know basic help desk troubleshooting techniques. Like knowing how to check from the windows command line an ip address and mac address etc. If you have experience beyond Help Desk in the IT field it should be straightforward and easy for you. But make sure you know a lot about the company. The want to see passion for the problem you will be helping them solve in education.

Know what their software does from a high-level perspective and the problem they are trying to solve. Be clear and passionate. But I admired what they did and respected them for it. They are good people their in that company, you'll be lucky to get in with such a good culture.
