Recruiter screening over the phone Multiple interviews with department leadership Take home exam and follow up presentation regarding putting together a marketing strategy for a launch of a partner network, as well as a video pitch handling an objection from a stakeholder

After interviewing with a recruiter I recieved an email to say they had paused hiring for this position. Thought nothing more of it until I saw they re-advertised the position right after and continue to accept applications. I have even seen a review on here from a poor candidate for this position who spent time on a task only to be ghosted :( Be careful - I'm not sure they are truly looking for someone to fill this role.
