There was 3 parts interview parts. 1 with HR, 1 with Hiring Manager, 1 with Engineer. In addition, there was an evening presentation and a chance for candidates to meet employees of the company. I made it to the last round, however there was no answer nor response from the company. They didn't get back to me with a response that they decided to go with another person. It was very unprofessional as they brought me in 4 times total but could not respond with an answer.

The communication between the HR and me is always one way. I was unclear about the salary and the hiring process. The hr said that she can guide me through the process but did not happen that way. I gone through two technical interview rounds, the interviewers are really nice and I did well. Then my application went to the back ground checks. I was excited to join the company but after 2 days I got rejected saying they are looking for more senior people. That was a shock. I have never seen the application got rejected with that reason after so many stages of the interview process. I felt the hr is not so experienced. Anyway I might have lost the chance to work with the nice people.
