Interview was pushed back three times. On actual day of the interview, I was left in lobby for 30 minutes. I was already to leave when I was finally brought back to the interview. However, on the way to Operations Manager's office, we stopped two more times as he watched others work. The mood of the office was dismal and moral seemed very low! Interview lasted (20) minutes and was not even about machine design or past experience? Was told I would hear back later that day. It was (4) days later when I received the call and an offer was made!
