Entrevista
Applied online, contacted by a recruiter the next week to set up an initial phone screening. Then invited to the office for a super day the following month. I couldn't attend the desired super day, but recruiters were very understanding and flexible. Met with 4 different people--managers and VPs and HR reps--and did a fairly straightforward case study on value chains with a manager. Also asked basic behavioral questions, but be prepared with at least 2 examples of everything (like time you made a mistake, time you took a risk). Received an offer the week following the interview, but declined because I just didn't think the company was the right fit for me.

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
