Phone interview process, followed by a skype interview, then an in person interview with 2 people at the New York office. The office was extremely beautiful with plenty of windows and there was an energetic collegiate atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be under 30 and you could tell that many people were friends and like to have fun. The in-person interview consisted of a mock case study where you chose an industry (even if you are unfamiliar with it), and identified key stakeholders. Basically what you would do daily on the job. There was also a mock phone call to an expert.

I just had a call from HR. They started with an English ability test, followed by some behavioral questions. Then we discussed parts of the job description and the incentive structure. Eventually, I felt it wasn’t a good fit and was turned off by the mismatch.
