Started with an online application, then scheduled a phone interview with someone from the HR team. I confirmed the appointment by mail, but in somehow the lady forgot to call me. The extension number of the HR team was always busy / not answered and the mailbox was full. After I finally had the first phone interview they forget to come back to me. Quite chaotic. But the interview itself was highly professional. Mainly focused on behaviour, academic background and intercultural communication. I had to elaborate my understanding of the role.
