1st Round interview: done via Google meeting. Self-introduction, the HR explained the company overview, and the responsibilities of the role. The future interview process was also explained. The HR is professional and nice.

3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.

In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
