Entrevista
The interview was 3 stages:
1. On-site exam (IQ, Embedded, Networking).
2. Technical Interview with 3 senior engineers.
3. Possibly, HR interview (not sure of this step though, as I didn't pass the technical interview).

Exam:
- IQ
- Networking
- Writing an algorithm (Problem-solving).
- Programming a peripheral for a microcontroller (ARM) with a given datasheet.
Technical Interview:
- Embedded systems concepts (Memory types, interfacing.. etc).
- Debugging and JTAG.
- Software compilation cycle.
