When you went to office for the interview everyone acts like a professionals. After the technical intetrview and basic interview, they say our team will call you . Later after one day they call you and say "you got the job we will provide a laptop, and work from home, but your technical skill didn't reach the expectations so we are providing a training for that so you have to PAY 1,50,000 FOR THAT" and they will pay you 15,000 stipund which is not provided in provisional offer letter(where their true colors are open)
