Intimidating. When walking into a well known firm such as Thomas J Henry, it can be overwhelming and intimidating. However, that was the first impression. After the interview began, I was able to settle a bit because at TJH the interviewee is just trying to get to know you and understand your work ethic and ability to learn and move at a fast pace.
