I received a phone call from HR with basic screening questions such as why I wanted to be a nurse. And then received an email the next day to schedule an interview, where I met with HR, nurse manager on the unit, and two nurses. They had basic questions regarding my clinical experiences. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.

Was very easy minimal questions asked. Mainly why jefferson and 5 year plan. The manager just talked about the job responsibility and what i would be doing. Overall the easiest interview I’ve ever had
