I gave my resume to one of the manager's at a college job fair and heard back about setting up an interview the next week. I came in later that week and interviewed with a manager for about 30 minutes and I was later offered the position over the phone.

The interview was completed by two managers. They asked basic behavioral interview questions and wanted an overview of my experience in customer service. After the initial interview, I was asked to meet with the head of the department. It was an overall pleasant experience as each person was very polite and for the most part personable.
