Il primo colloquio si è svolto con la piattaforma online di recruiting. Una video call automatica durante la quale si doveva rispondere a 4 domande predefinite: si avevano 30 secondi per pesare alla risposta e un minuto per esporre. In un secondo momento un test pratico inviato via mail: si avevano due ore per restituirlo.

They were three interview rounds with HR, then the team in Gdansk and the French team and finally one last interview with the Gdansk team. It was a very good and clear process.

Three interviews: HR (20 mins) - future boss (45 mins) - language check (15 mins)
The one with the future manager was the toughest one, not because of the manager but because of the person assisting her at the interview, who was looking at finding incompetencies in the interviewee's knowledge
