Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Thomson Reuters Foundation em jan. de 2024
Entrevista
Applied online and received an email from their talent acquisition team asking for an initial screening call. We chatted on the phone for about half an hour. It was more 'job interview' style than I expected HR screening call to be, with some more in depth questions about my experience. They also advised they were splitting the role out into 2 separate roles and asked me which interested me more. I felt a little put on the spot, as difficult to make a decision without seeing a full job spec for each. I asked at the end of the call what the salary was and they shared it with me (it was lower than I expected, especially for a role based in central London that requires you to be in the office 2-3 times a week as minimum). I withdrew my application after this call due to the low salary, so can't comment on the rest of the interview process. However I will say the person I spoke to was very friendly and professional.

Entrevista
Went through a four-stage interview process consisting of phone calls, online interview, 2x tasks, and a final in-person interview.
The in-person interview gave the impression they did not know what they were looking for, which was a red flag.
No response for over 6 months, despite following up, only to be sent a generic rejection email. Very unprofessional and zero respect of people's time.

Respectful and positive in general, but the response takes very long. I ended up taking up another offer because of their slowness. The interviewees were apologetic about the speed of the process.
