The process started normally—I was contacted and scheduled. I was informed that the interview would be in two rounds, with the first round covering my background including a case presentation. Prior to the interview, I was asked to prepare a detailed report for a case study. I invested significant time and effort into researching and putting together a comprehensive PPT. However, just hours before the scheduled interview, I received an email canceling it!!!!! ------- Lack of Transparency: The company should have evaluated my qualifications before scheduling the interview. Disrespect for Candidates' Time: Expecting candidates to complete a detailed report, only to cancel at the last minute, is unprofessional. ------- If you’re considering interviewing with THORASYS, be aware that they may cancel at the last minute, even after asking you to complete a significant amount of work. Their hiring process could be more structured, transparent, and respectful of candidates’ time and efforts!
