I had a disappointing experience with this company’s recruitment process. An interview was scheduled, then canceled with the explanation that a new date would be arranged. The next day, I was informed that they had already chosen another candidate. The process felt inconsistent and not transparent. I understand that companies can move forward with other candidates, but clear and honest communication should be the minimum standard.

Medium sized company, not too many developers as of now. First a interview with HR and Tech Lead and department handler. Then a technical test. The interview was smooth and to the point. Hybrid setting appeal, salary expectations, etc. The technical test was for react.js and the project was already configured, and easy to install. So the focus was on the the key factors of a daily workday environment.
