Several interviews with some face to face. Lots of room to discuss the complexities Thorizon as a company is and could be facing to generate a clear picture for the candidate of Thorizon. When reaching a hiring decision, factors such as CV, personality and potential for a person to grow into a role is clearly considered.

Entrevista
The interview took place in a pleasant atmosphere. Basic questions, introduce yourself and your work experience. The interview lasted 30 minutes. It was organized through teams, everything was on time.
