Recruiter reached out to me 4-6 months after I had initially applied for the position. She scheduled an interview for the next day. Interview went well. A few days later I had a second interview with the Director of Design, which was casual and lasted about an hour. The next day the recruiter sends me their quote on quote "Design Test" that I was told by the Director of Design that this was to make sure I "wasn't some hack" I almost turned away at that point but took the time to go ahead and complete it and sent it back that night. I followed up with the recruiter approximately 2 week later. No response. Another week went by, still no response. So I emailed the recruiter and let her know that I was no longer interested in working for a company like that. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend. They will just waste your valuable time.
