Entrevista
I went thru an initial HR phone screening, a Teams call with the hiring manager, and then was invited on site (for which I traveled). The on site interview was for a panel of 3 but one person didn’t show up. The panel interview was awkward and leaning toward misogynistic which made me nervous and fumbled through some questions. Afterward I met with the hiring manager in person and was given a walk-through of the plant which I thought was a good sign. When I got home, I followed up with an email thanking everyone and asked for feedback. Then I was completely ghosted. Tried following up a couple more times to no avail. It was extremely confusing and unprofessional especially after an on-site visit and a walk-thru. I would not recommend working for these folks.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with the hiring managers. I have experience aligned with the position and an internal reference. I was ghosted after my last interview and followed up multiple times with no response.

Entrevista
Phone interview then an in person interview a week later. Very relaxed and only interviewed with one person. More of a conversation and I asked more questions than the interviewer did. More of a "come see what we do" interview.
I was told I would hear back the next week and how great the HR department was. I didn't hear back for two weeks and had to send two emails before I received a response. Came across like they were waiting for a candidate to accept before passing on me. Said they would keep my resume for future positions but they showed their lack of communication and would pass on any opportunity.
