Responded to an ad in indeed. Was called in directly for an in-perwon interview within 2 weeks. Interview was straightforward with the typical questions, and a brief engineering assessment at the end (tributary area, shear-moment diagrams, etc.). Took a tour of the office and was given an employment offer within the week.

Be prepared to talk about why you want to work for TBA, not just any consulting engineering firm. Know the projects that TBA is/has been involved in. TBA has a new website and it is loaded with information!
