Very poor process. I was in touch with someone from the company, either the HR Manager or recruiter. The interviewer did not introduce her title. It was a challenge for a good conversation. When I was scheduling the initial phone screen, the interviewer was not flexible at all with the timing and no consideration of my time nor availability. I had to shuffle my schedule around to make it work for this call. During the first initial phone screen, it was a Zoom video call. Call started off ok, then I was asked to complete a excel quiz while I shared my screen via Zoom and she watch me “work my magic”. It was a bit intimidating, awkward, and unpleasant. I suggest having a better flow of the interview process.
