Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ThousandEyes.
Entrevista
Overall, I had a great interview experience. Especially after I interviewed onside and met some of the engineers there, I knew that it was the exact work environment that I was looking for. There were several stages to the interview process, but each step was relatively painless and some steps were pretty enjoyable.
- I first had a brief, non-technical phone conversation with a ThousandEyes recruiter.
- Next they asked me to provide some coding samples from my prior projects so they could review my code quality.
- After they reviewed my code samples, I received a coding challenge with a one week deadline. The challenge could be submitted sooner, and they definitely don't expect you to work on it full time. But honestly, I was having a great time with it, and found it hard to put down.
- After reviewing my coding challenge, I was invited to interview onsite. Everyone I met during the interview process was super nice and welcoming. There was no whiteboarding, but there was some live coding of toy problems on a laptop, questions about the coding challenge I submitted, and questions about my background.
-The final thing they asked for were some professional references.

Much of the time spent during the interview was centered around the coding challenge. I was asked to describe on a high level how the application functioned. There were questions about why I implemented things a certain way.

Pretty good. HR call + Pre screen + 2 round interview(one with manager and one with engineer). Java Script with basic leetcode question. Love the team, very chill and supportive.

First thing first: DO NOT APPLY THIS COMPANY! It is a total waste of time taking interviews there. They do not have a mature and stable process because they have different process every year and mine is very redundant. I never heard that it needs 5-round interviews for an intern. They just let you pass all the interviews and play you around waiting until they find someone better, then just dump you like trash WITHOUT ANY REASON. So unprofessional and lack of responsibility.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela ThousandEyes em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
I interviewed for the ThousandEyes summer internship position February 2019. The process was extremely quick and accommodating. When I was first contacted by the recruiter, I mentioned that I had an offer with a deadline at the end of the week and expressed my doubts to whether I could complete the interview process in time. The recruiter scheduled an interview for the next day, and after that, a final interview with the senior engineering manager and a lead software engineer. The offer letter came in 3 days after I was contacted by the recruiter.
Overall, good experience that was a quarter of the duration of interviews with other companies.
