Entrevista
The process consisted of 4 stages:
1) Interview with the Recruiter
2) Interview with 2 Hiring Managers: Leader of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success and Sales Development
3) Interview with 2 Customer Success Managers
4) Interview with the Head of Global Customer Success
The entire process was seamless. Communication was very easy and timely and I was always kept informed of the process and next steps.
I must say it was a fantastic experience - every single person was truly empathetic and friendly and made me feel at ease at all times. The questions asked were very relevant to the job description and I felt comfortable giving honest answers.
Wish there were more processes like this!

It was the best interview processes I’ve ever been through. Special shout out for Monika Andreas, who always kept me in the loop and made me feel like I was her one and only candidate. It was a pleasure and I will keep my eye out on future opportunities at Cisco. Thank you!

Entrevista
It was a great recruting experience, the HR team was very supportive and attentive, the interviews were very professional and friendly, I really enjoyed the whole process.
During the interview, interviewers challenge candidates so they can evaluate them thoroughly.
