Entrevista
Pleasant and comfortable throughout, they were genuinely accommodating and made the overall experience feel easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated how supportive they were of my needs and how smoothly everything was handled. My application process was completed entirely online, which was very convenient and straightforward, and I was kept informed at each stage.
The only downside was the length of time it took to hear back with an offer. The wait felt longer than expected and, at times, a bit uncertain. That said, once I did receive a response, the communication was clear and the outcome was positive, so the delay didn’t take away too much from an otherwise good experience.

Can you walk me through your experience and explain why you’re interested in this role?
Quick and to the point. They asked questions based on customer service scenarios and how you would react to them. Handling questions from past experiences too. Overall quck and one round
