I had already taken the CCAT when interviewed for a different role, so I was able to skip that step. The interview consisted of a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with key stakeholders (fellow team members). After the final interview, the company ghosted me; they did not notify me of their decision and did not reply to my emails asking for an update on their process. It was pretty disrespectful given the amount of time they took for the process.
