Entrevista
I had originally applied for a different position within the Veterans Project, then the recruiter told me that they gave that position to someone else but still wanted to interview me for the Community Support Specialist position.
The job description does not describe at all what the actual job is. The recruiter described it as a "life-coaching" position and made it sound like you would be communicating with the veterans from the office and would only be going into the communities and peoples' homes periodically, not every day. In reality, You would be responsible for using your own vehicle to transport disabled veterans to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, etc. Basically an Uber driver for disabled veterans.
I also recently saw that this position was reposted on LinkedIn, which probably means that the person they originally hired quit because the job seems to be so draining and they probably got burnt out very quickly.
Also, I got ghosted after my interview. I was not interested in the job anyway after the interview I had but it still would have been nice to receive some form of communication given that I did interview with them.

I got asked what I would do if a schizophrenic veteran was having a psychotic break inside of my car. The second they asked that I thought to myself that they are really looking for a social worker for this position but don't want to pay a social worker's salary.
