The interview process was actually decent. They reached out after I applied and I spoke with the internal recruiter and had a Zoom call. She then scheduled the meeting with the hiring manager and that interview went well but then I never heard back. I understand that sometimes its not a good fit, but I don't think ghosting your candidates is professional at all. A simple, rejection email would have been nice.
