The interview was conducted over a Microsoft Teams call, where there was a Manager that asked questions related to my knowledge in common computer programs, computer hardware, troubleshooting experience and customer service experience.
Interview was conducted by a senior engineer.
Made to feel relaxed, felt like more of a discussion about techologies than an interview. Was given plenty of time to answer fully or talk about related techonologies and their applications if I was unable to answer a question directly.
