Three interviews total. Basically they want to know if you have a good natural market to sell your friends on all of Thrivent's products. In the end this is about who you know and can you convince those people to purchase or invest with Thrivent.

Very professional and direct. I received an email with a brochure of the company. Phone interview followed by a zoom interview. Very informative.I recommend you do your reach on the company before interviewing.
