It was a very structured interview process. I applied online. The HR called me up and took my telephonic interview. Then afterwards was called to their office. An aptitude test was taken. Then a technical round and then an HR round. Was asked about my interests. Basic Biology questions. Was a very formal interview. They made me feel at ease. Overall a very nice experience.

Most easy part there is the interview part . Simple written examinations, a mock interview very versatile HR people
