Very friendly yet straight forward. Only give personable answers when it is obviously wanted, otherwise stay strictly to the business at hand. Met for first interview, waiting for call back.
I was connected by a recruiter and then also submitted an application and spoke with the hiring manager. I had a pretty standard phone interview. A week later I was told the job was put on hold and to follow up in a few months if interested but then never heard back.
