I only got through 1 of 4 interviews they wanted to do. The first interview was a phone screen where I was asked some boilerplate questions about why I wanted to work for the company and telling me about what the firm did. Thankfully, the rejection came quickly. But not as quickly as the HR rep said it would. The pay range I was offered was between 50-60k
