The process consisted in a few phone calls, an initial job description that was changed later and finally a hand free designing test that had to be recorded by phone.

Had a brief phone interview with HR to get to know your background. Went down for in-person interview the next day with the director. The interview took one hour with me presenting my portfolio and then some questions. We had debates on some ideas but interviewer was very polite, almost mentor-like.
