2 months. 5 different interviews. Background, credit and drug screen involved. Interviews included potential colleagues from other departments whom I would be working closely with if employed. Different locations were used to interview each time.

Why do you believe you are a good candidate? They ask "open-ended" questions that demand consideration and revelation. You will need to show your ability to think and respond to questions that are not easy to answer.

Around 3 rounds with HR RM and VP
Quite detailed asked and medium level red very detailed answers and need full preparation
Make sure you make btq visit and get product acknowledged of the brand
I met with the Sales Manager and the interview process was friendly, accommodating and very professional. It was about 30 minutes of standard questioning and answering. I felt respected and all my questions and concerned were answered in an effective manner.
The first stage was very good with Talent and Acquisition but when I had the second stage with the Store Manager, she was late of 10 minutes and she told me that she had some issues on her laptop, so she started the interview by phone. For all the interview she didn’t have any attention and her connection was bad. Honestly I had never seen a people unprofessional like her.
