Replied to an advertised position, received a call the next day and had an interview the following day. There was no phone interview. I was interviewed by two people. They were very passionate about the brand and spoke very well of the culture and benefits of working at this company, you could truly see they enjoyed and were challenged by their roles. They said it would take 6 weeks for the interview process to take place with several other interviews and group interviews. I was promised follow up contact within a week. I was very surprised that they did not contact me at all. I knew almost right away that this role was out of my depth. The job description did not provide enough or accurate description of the position.
