phone interview with Sydney HR department followed by a face to face interview in the store. After this I had a follow up phone interview with HR again. The process was pretty seamless and everyone was very nice and friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable. The atmosphere of all interviews was quite relaxed which surprised me for a luxury retail outlet.

Group interview with about 20 others. Seasonal job opportunity. As if "sales" from a selected number of jewellery pieces to an "assigned customer"...to show the group. Intro the person you are seated next to to the group to the rest of the group.
