They take five to six people interviewing for jobs and have a group interview. Easy for the HR people. Very awkward situation for the interviewers. Nobody wants to talk, because who wants to spill their story in front of five other strangers. One poor girl had worked from a retail food chain and they kept asking her why she wanted to come to the company and what skills did she have that would benefit her.
