Absolutely abysmal interview experience right from the start. The only time I enjoyed were the tech rounds. The Human Resources, Recruitment and People operations department is absolutely low functioning. They simply don't care if the candidate is joining or not. The Recruiters specifically never called anyone post the initial offer, the candidates have to keep calling😅. People operations seem highly disoriented. Accepted the offer only because of the interaction with the current employees.
