I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about two weeks later. I had an initial recruiter Zoom interview, followed up by a call about a week later with the hiring manager, also over Zoom. The hiring manager said they would be making a decision quickly and I'd hear something by the end of the week. As expected, never heard from them again.
