1. Phone call 2. Written test 3. Viva voce 4. Negotiation Pros: The process is super fast. The interview experience was okay. Cons: I had to visit the company for each and every step except for the first one. Step 3 and 4 could easily be completed via hangouts or skype call. On step 4 I had to wait for 4 hours for the interviewer to arrive. It was a very peculiar experience. Got the offer and accepted because of the brand value of the company.
