I started with a UK-based recruiter coordinating the interview, so I started with an initial overview and screening with the recruiter, who then set me up with the talent/HR from Tigermed. I had a screening with them and then a first-round interview with the head of the department and HR person that was about an hour. I then went on to a final round interview with a panel of 5-6 stakeholders in the company that I would work closely with. The discussions took place over Microsoft Teams and did not require us to be on camera though we did turn on cameras to introduce ourselves and say hi. The experience was pleasant and completed from recruiter contact to offer within 3-4 weeks. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed as we managed conflicting 12-hour difference time zones during this process; even the recruiter was 5 hours ahead of my time zone.
