Recruiter reached out and was super fast and responsive. After spending a total of ~6 hours interviewing with the various team members in <2 weeks, I was told that they would get back to me during the following week. I was told multiple times by both the recruiter, HR, and team members that the hiring process moves quickly so I should hear feedback and next steps (whether positive or negative) pretty quickly.
Then, radio silence for over a month. After following up repeatedly with no response, I was finally told in a brief email that they were still waiting for feedback from the team. When I simply asked if this was a reject (which I didn't mind at this point, I just wanted an honest answer), they basically just told me I was still being considered and they wanted me to wait (now approaching 2+ months of no updates but being told to "still in consideration")
I had read a couple of reviews from here describing similar situations and it's a shame that it ended up being true for me too. Maybe they still need to finalize headcount? But then why continue to promote the position on LinkedIn as if it's actively recruiting?

The process involved several rounds of interviews. I spoke with several team members and cross functional partners and multiple levels of leadership personnel. All interviews were around 30 minutes and conducted remotely.

Horribly disorganised. 4 separate interviews with 4 separate people who asked me large the same questions, each for about 45mins. Could have saved everyone time if a virtual panel (via video interview) had interviewed me all in one go to save everyone's time and prevent questions being duplicated multiple times. Extremely bizarre culture and almost every person interviewing me went to great pains to say how chaotic and fast-paced the company is with no established processes as everyone is learning on the job. They also went to great lengths to make it very clear that work life balance would be non-existent and that attendance at the office on 5 days per week would be expected, in addition to some weekends and after hours.
