It was a very thorough process and somewhat enjoyable but it wasoverly long. It took almost 6 weeks to go through 5 rounds. Great to meet different team members but overall, it was overkill.

What would you do to get buy in from a stakeholder in a different team on a project?
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced

four rounds behavioral: recruiter, team lead, org lead, other team lead and an oa. the process too around 2 months, hr was very slow at responding and the process was pretty unstructured and unorganized.
